INGREDIENTS

    Optional Ingredients:

    • Your favourite toppings e.g. frozen berries, kiwi fruit, goji berries, shredded coconut, nuts.

    METHOD

    1. Add all ingredients into a blender. For easier blending, add fresh fruit to the bottom of the blender first followed by the frozen fruit.
    2. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
    3. Top with your favourite toppings and serve!
