If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us via the contact form on this page as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the items until we have exchanged it.
We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).
We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs.

Although we do ensure stock is readily available, unexpected demand might mean stock has sold out and therefore we are in the process of ordering in new stock. On each product page that has sold out stock there is a tab on the right hand side that allows you to sign up for an email alert, which will be sent to you as soon as the new stock is available again for purchase on our website.
