How should I approach my cleanse?
While cleansing, make sure you drink plenty of water and listen to what your body needs, like allowing yourself to rest or take very gentle exercise.

Should I take these with food?
Body and Liver Cleanse works optimally when taken up to 30 minutes before eating. This allows the bitter principles a chance to start doing their job before consuming a meal, but if you're sensitive to the ingredients in Body and Liver Cleanse, then taking them with a meal is perfectly fine!
How would I know I need to cleanse?

Can I still drink coffee when cleansing?
A diet to support cleansing should consist of whole foods and non-caffeinated drinks. If you drink 2 or more coffees a day, suddenly stopping coffee to do a cleanse may be difficult.
However, it is ideal to stop coffee completely when doing a cleanse, as caffeine is actually metabolised through the first detoxification pathway in the liver and forms intermediate compounds which need to get mopped up by the livers second detoxification pathway. When doing a cleanse, you want to gently support the natural liver detoxification pathways.
If you drink more than 2 coffees a day, it is advisable to gradually decrease your intake by one coffee a day, every 3-4 days prior to a full diet and lifestyle cleanse. If you are a heavy coffee drinker, you may need to take 2 weeks before a full cleanse to gradually decrease your caffeine intake (this also includes regular tea). Even one coffee a day is best given up a couple of days before starting the product.
Can I drink alcohol whilst cleansing?

How long are the effects of cleansing likely to last?
It depends on the diet and lifestyle that is adopted after the cleanse is finished. If you adopt a diet and lifestyle of eating a large variety of whole foods, consuming very little processed food, alcohol or caffeine and eating slowly and chewing food properly, the effects can last for months.
