The winner can choose either:

Option A: A collection of Tropeaka products selected by Tropeaka, with a total recommended retail value of at least $500; or

Option B: A $500 Tropeaka eGift Card to spend at Tropeaka.com.au.

How to Enter

1. Purchase any Tropeaka product from a participating WholeLife Pharmacy store between 1 October and 31 October 2026.

2. Keep your itemised purchase receipt.

3. Complete the entry form and upload a clear copy or photograph of your valid WholeLife Pharmacy receipt.

4. Submit your entry before 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026.

Purchases made from Tropeaka.com.au or any retailer other than WholeLife Pharmacy are not eligible.

Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotion Period. Each entry must relate to a separate eligible purchase and be supported by a valid receipt.

The winner will be randomly drawn at 1:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 and contacted by email and/or telephone.

Tropeaka x WholeLife Pharmacy Spring Wellness Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Tropeaka Pty Ltd, ABN 88 601 730 072, of 2/14 Anella Avenue, Castle Hill, NSW 2154, Australia, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the Promoter or Tropeaka.

WholeLife Pharmacy Pty Ltd and participating WholeLife Pharmacy stores are promotional partners and eligible retailers for the Promotion but are not responsible for conducting the draw or supplying the Prize, unless otherwise stated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Information about how to enter and the Prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By entering the Promotion, an entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Thursday, 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026, referred to as the Promotion Period.

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, WholeLife Pharmacy Pty Ltd, participating WholeLife Pharmacy stores, and their related entities are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members of those persons are also ineligible.

For these purposes, immediate family includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, step-parent, stepchild and stepsibling.

5. Eligible Purchase

An Eligible Purchase is the purchase of any Tropeaka product from a participating WholeLife Pharmacy store during the Promotion Period.

Purchases made from any other retailer, marketplace, website or business are not eligible. This includes purchases made directly from Tropeaka.com.au.

The purchase must be evidenced by a valid, itemised receipt issued by a participating WholeLife Pharmacy store.

6. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period:

a. Make an Eligible Purchase.

b. Visit the Promotion website at tropeaka.com.au/pages/tropeaka-x-wholelife-giveaway.

c. Complete all mandatory fields in the online entry form.

d. Provide valid contact details, including their full name, email address and telephone number.

e. Upload a clear and legible copy or photograph of the corresponding WholeLife Pharmacy purchase receipt.

f. Submit the completed entry form before the Promotion closes.

An entry is not valid unless all required information has been provided and the receipt clearly establishes that the Tropeaka product was purchased from a participating WholeLife Pharmacy store during the Promotion Period.

7. Multiple Entries

Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotion Period.

Each entry must relate to a separate Eligible Purchase, be submitted separately and be supported by a valid receipt for that Eligible Purchase.

The same purchase or receipt cannot be used for more than one entry.

A receipt containing more than one Tropeaka product constitutes one Eligible Purchase and provides one entry, unless the Promoter expressly states otherwise.

8. Receipt Retention and Verification

Entrants must retain the original receipt associated with each entry until the Promotion has concluded and the Prize has been awarded.

The Promoter may require an entrant to provide the original receipt or further evidence of purchase before confirming an entry or awarding the Prize.

The Promoter may declare an entry invalid where the receipt is incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicated or fraudulent, the purchase was made outside the Promotion Period, the purchase was made from a retailer other than a participating WholeLife Pharmacy store, the receipt has already been used for another entry, or the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Prize

There is one Prize available.

The winner may choose one of the following:

Option A: A collection of Tropeaka products selected solely by Tropeaka, with a total recommended retail value of no less than $500. The total value may slightly exceed $500 depending on the products selected; or

Option B: A $500 Tropeaka eGift Card redeemable through Tropeaka.com.au.

Where the winner selects Option A, the precise product selection will be determined by Tropeaka and will be subject to product availability. The winner will not be entitled to select, exchange or substitute individual products within the collection.

Where the winner selects Option B, the eGift Card will be subject to Tropeaka's standard gift card terms, product availability, delivery restrictions and website terms.

The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner may not exchange their selected Prize after it has been issued or dispatched.

10. Draw

The draw will take place at 1:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 at the Promoter's premises at 2/14 Anella Avenue, Castle Hill, NSW 2154.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification by the Promoter.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

11. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with their entry.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner within two business days of the draw.

The winner must provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to verify their identity, eligibility, purchase and entry before the Prize is awarded.

12. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim the Prize and complete any requested verification within 14 days after being notified.

Once verified, the winner must advise the Promoter whether they select the Tropeaka product collection or the $500 Tropeaka eGift Card.

The Prize will be supplied or dispatched within a reasonable period after the winner has been verified and has confirmed their selection.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by the winner providing incorrect or incomplete delivery or contact information.

13. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to respond or claim the Prize within 14 days, fails to provide satisfactory verification, or is found to be ineligible, the winner will forfeit the Prize.

Subject to any applicable regulatory requirements, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 1:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 18 November 2026 at the same location and using the same random selection method as the original draw.

Any replacement winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone within two business days.

14. Entry Validation and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent, tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process or draw, uses automated entry software, scripts, bots or other unauthorised methods, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that the Promoter reasonably considers inappropriate, unlawful or inconsistent with the fair operation of the Promotion.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion, subject to applicable law.

15. Technical Problems

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical failures, network interruptions, website outages, equipment malfunction or other circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that the entry was received.

16. Changes to the Promotion

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention, government restriction, natural disaster or another event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or recommence the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any directions from a relevant regulator.

The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and WholeLife Pharmacy Pty Ltd are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of the Prize, any technical or communications failure, or any event outside their reasonable control.

Entrants remain responsible for checking product ingredients, allergen information, directions and suitability before consuming or using any Tropeaka product.

18. Privacy

The Promoter will collect personal information for the purposes of administering and conducting the Promotion, verifying entries and receipts, contacting entrants and the winner, awarding and delivering the Prize, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to WholeLife Pharmacy Pty Ltd, participating stores, service providers, professional advisers and regulators where reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Tropeaka's Privacy Policy.

An entrant may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in each Australian state and territory in which the Promotion is conducted.

Each entrant submits to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of their state or territory of residence.
