I did above
Vanilla flavour is a bit bland but fine. I love the banana flavour though! Neither are too sweet which is good. Keeps you feeling full/satisfied for a good amount of time.
I found they do need a really good shake and would recommend having one of the coil balls to help break up clumps for a smoother drink.
Haven't had it regularly enough to comment on health benefits.
