INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Tropeaka Acai
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, thawed & slightly mashed with a fork

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a jar and whisk/shake until well-combined.
  2. Cover with lid and allow it to set overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, whisk again before adding on your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
