MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

This is best served in a little slice of paradise, in a Tropeaka Coconut Bowl!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • A few ripe fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 heaped tbsp Tropeaka Acai powder
  • 1 Medjool date to sweeten (optional)
  • 2 tsp Tropeaka Coconut Water powder
  • 1/2 cup filtered water (preferably cold)

Optional Ingredients:

  • Toppings of your choice e.g. kiwi fruit, fresh or frozen berries, chia seeds, lychees, passion fruit, chopped nuts

    METHOD

    1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
    2. Gradually add in more filtered water if you prefer a thinner consistency
    3. Pour into a Tropeaka Coconut Bowl and enjoy a delicious tropical getaway!
