3 tbsp plain wholemeal flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut milk

1 Combine flour, cacao, baking powder and cinnamon into a bowl. Whisk together.
2 Add in the remaining wet ingredients and whisk until just combined.
3 Transfer into a small mug and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Note the cooking time will vary so adjust accordingly to the power of your microwave.
4 Add on your favourite toppings and enjoy immediately.
