- 2 tbsp Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp sweetener (e.g. date syrup, maple syrup, rice malt syrup)
