2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup almond milk
Handful of ice
3 pitted Medjool dates, soaked for easier blending
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp carob, cocoa powder, or Tropeaka Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Tropeaka Lean Protein Vanilla or Tropeaka Lean Protein Chocolate (can substitute for Tropeaka Protein + Collagen Smooth & Creamy Vanilla or Tropeaka Protein + Collagen Rich Double Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Chocolate sauce ingredients: 1 tbsp rice malt syrup, 1/2-1 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder, water
