MATCHA MINT CHOC CHIP NICECREAM

- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cashews
- Handful of fresh baby spinach or 2 chunks frozen spinach
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Tropeaka Matcha
- 1 tsp Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse
- 1/4 tsp Tropeaka Spirulina (for colour)
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- Add bananas, coconut milk, cashews, spinach, vanilla, matcha, ultra cleanse, spirulina and salt into a blender or food processor.
- Process until creamy, smooth and thick.
- Fold through the choc chips or cacao nibs.
- If too runny, freeze for a while before serving.
- Transfer into a Tropeaka Coconut Bowl and enjoy!
